• Timeframe: NO RETURNS/ONLY EXCHANGE IS ACCEPATBLE within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Non-exchangeable items: Sale items, personalized/customized products are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

How to Start a Exchange
1. Email us at CUSTOMERSUPPORT@VITHRA.IN with your order number and item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
2. Our team will guide you through the next steps and share the exchange shipping details.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process and send the replacement.

• The exchange shipping charges may apply unless the item was defective or wrongly shipped.
• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our criteria.
